About Us

Horner Management is a firm that pride themselves on personal attention to their unit owners. Our staffs are competent and well versed in the kind of issues that arise in community units. We have an after-hours number that can look after any emergency work that requires immediate attention.

We work with architects, engineers, surveyors, builders, loss adjusters, neighbours and the like in relation to any work carried out by the manager in accordance with the corporation instructions.

We are a company made up of four strata/community managers, an office manager and an office assistant and a strata manager assistant. Due to our size we can keep our attention to unit owners on a very personal basis. As a rule most of the staff is aware of what is going on in all of our groups.
